Millwork Production Assembly
Job Locations: Mobile Lumber Millwork Plant, Bay Minette, Alabama 36507
Mobile Lumber is seeking door assembly and manufacturing staff to join our growing team at our millwork production plant in Gulf Shores. This is a full-time position with benefits. Millwork experience (doors, windows, moulding, trim, stair parts, columns, etc.) is strongly PREFERRED and will be considered before applicants without industry experience. However, we will consider and train inexperienced applicants with strong work ethics and great attitudes.
Requirements:
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Continuously stand, squat, bend, stoop, twist, climb, reach, walk and kneel
- Frequently push/pull up to 75 pounds and lift/carry up to 50 pounds
- Occasionally push/pull 100 pounds and lift/carry 75 pounds or more
- Must be able to use hand and power tools correctly and safely
- Work in an uncontrolled temperature environment

Responsibilities:

Millwork Driver Assistant Helper
Job Location: Mobile Lumber Millwork Plant, Bay Minette, Alabama 36507
Mobile Lumber is seeking to hire a Driver Assistant to help with local deliveries of millwork and building materials in Baldwin County, Mobile County and the NW Florida panhandle.
Requirements:
- THIS POSITION REQUIRES PHYSICAL STRENGTH AND STAMINA.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 65 lbs on your own
- Must be able to lift/carry heavier weights with assistance
- Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, climb and kneel repeatedly
- Great attitude and ability to work well with others
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
Responsibilities:
- Assist with loading and unloading local deliveries at jobsites
- Walk path of vehicle at jobsites to determine best path for vehicle
- Direct driver onto and off of jobsites while spotting potential hazards
- Operate truck lift gates, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment

Coast Design Kitchen & Bath, a division of Mobile Lumber, is seeking experienced designers to join our growing team at our brand new showroom in Gulf Shores. This position works directly with walk-in clients, homeowners, builders and contractors on remodeling, renovation, and new residential construction projects throughout Baldwin County.
Requirements:
- Experience in kitchen design, cabinetry, interior design or related field
- Experience with 20/20 design software preferred
- Strong knowledge of cabinetry, layouts, and residential construction practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- College degree preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with clean record

Millwork Service Technician for Doors and Windows
Job Location: Based out of Bay Minette, Alabama 36507 / Services Mobile and Baldwin Counties
Description: The Millwork Service Technician installs and provides service work for millwork products, such as windows, doors, and trim, sold to customers by Mobile Lumber in the field with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
- Must have own tools
- Must have prior experience installing or assuring quality control of Millwork products
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Must be self-motivated
- Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and some weekends
